Our Mission Statement

Building a professional and personal network that will be informative, productive, and valuable as a support staff to the Fire/Rescue services by providing opportunities for sharing through networking.

Who We Are

The North Carolina Fire & Rescue Administrative Professionals (NCFRAP) Organization was founded in May of 2007 with six departments becoming Charter Members.  Our membership currently includes representation from departments across North Carolina, with a growing roster of over 40 dedicated professionals.

What We Do

We provide an educational channel for North Carolina Fire & Rescue Administrative Professionals in their continuing effort to improve their efficiency and to elevate their professional status.  Our core focus is to be an effective support system and provide a forum by which members may discuss matters of mutual interest.

When We Meet

NCFRAP meets quarterly for training and other instructional opportunities, followed by a business meetings to support the organization’s ongoing work. Two of our our quarterly meetings are held at various locations throughout the state. The other two are held at the SAFRE and Mid-Winter Chief Conferences.

Who Can Join

Membership is open to anyone who supports fire or rescue operations in an administrative, financial, training, or support role, whether you work for a municipal department, county agency, or volunteer organization. If you help keep a fire department running, you belong here.
